Return & Replacement Policy

We want every purchase from MJ Hub to be the right one. If something goes wrong, here’s exactly how we’ll make it right.

RETURNS

2-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 2 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Returns initiated after the 2-day window, or for products that have been used or opened, will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENTS

Replacements for Damaged Products Only

We offer replacements exclusively for products that arrive damaged or defective. Replacements are not available for change-of-mind purchases.

⚠️ Video proof is mandatory. To process any replacement claim, you must provide a clear, unboxing video that shows the damage at the time of opening the package. Claims submitted without a video will not be processed.

HOW IT WORKS

Steps to Raise a Request

1. Record an unboxing video
   Before opening, start recording. Keep the video continuous — show the sealed package, open it, and clearly capture the damage.
2. Contact us within 2 days
   Reach out via phone, email, or visit us in-store. Include your order details and the video when contacting us.
3. We review and process
   Our team will review your request and get back to you with next steps for the replacement.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

Not eligible for return or replacement:

• Products returned after the 2-day window
• Used or opened products
• Damage caused by misuse or accident
• Replacement requests without an unboxing video
• Change-of-mind purchases

Eligible for replacement:

• Products that arrive damaged or defective
• Defects visible on delivery, documented with an unboxing video
• Wrong item received

REFUNDS

We Do Not Offer Monetary Refunds

MJ Hub does not process cash or payment refunds. All eligible claims are handled as product replacements only.
